IMCS :: Passport Reading System

The IMCS system when integrated to Passport Readers, is capable of reading full page scans, and capturing and storing images from machine readable passports. Search and matching on images is also currently available. Whilst being scanned the system will automatically match to existing records or if not available, automatically create a unique record. This proposal incorporates a full page passport reader capturing both the OCR information and an image from the passport.

Passport Reader Full Page Scan Capable of capturing the full page image of passport. In addition a separate image from the passport is captured and held against the person record in the Database. The system matches and compares against existing images. ePassport readers are capable of capuring the bimetric data.
