The concept of a Forms Module was created in order to meet any input output process across various disciplines. Forms Modules share a common file structure and can range from any area such as, Passports, Vessel / Flights, Visas, Work Permits, Citizenship, Alien Registration etc. There are no limits to the modules that can be created, making the application an off the shelf package with in built flexibility to meet individual requirements. All Forms Modules have in built process control statuses that are easily created and maintained through table files. This enables easy tracking of documents eg Application Received, Application Pending, and Application Approved or Denied. Single synchronous work flow is standard. Records (document) are assigned a sequence of users (role definitions). On task completion by each user an alert is sent to the next user. The document doesn't move, networked users access the same record. Scanned images of supporting information can be held against the document record. Individual forms can be modified to accommodate different formats for groups of different entries. As an example if an application for Citizenship is being processed, on entering contact details, different form entry screens can be presented for those with different country of origin.
