eXPorter Demo - System21


To fully appreciate what eXPorter V1.3 can do for your business, you can Download a demonstration of the application to showcase its flexibility and its ease of use. You will be able to see an example of just some of the reports that it can easily produce using a example database. Then at a 'flick of a switch' you will be able to see the same reports running over your live System21 database.



Please note that this demonstration requires the Microsoft .NET Framework to function. This can be downloaded free of charge from Microsoft.

This demonstration package contains five different reports targeted to help you get better use out of your ERP solution. They are -

Database management 1. Large Orders Report:

Provides a listing of Sales Orders sorted by Order Value in descending sequence for given date range and company. It fetches all Sales Orders of all Sales Orders greater than the provided threshold Order Value. Company, Customer Code, Customer Name, Order Number, Order Value and Order Date are provided against order.

Selection criteria can be placed against the database to review the results in the following ways:
- Select company (e.g.: EX)
- Order date greater than (e.g.: > 1st January 2006)
- Order date less than (e.g.: < 31st December 2006)
- Order value greater than (e.g.: > 100)


Database management 2. Stock Availability Report:

This report provides a list of products for which availability is less than zero. The report is generated based on user specified Company and StockRoom. Against each of the exceptional product other stock based values are provided, for example Physical Stock, On Order, Allocated, On Back Order, On Forward Order, Frozen and In Transit Stock. These stock values are listed in all stockrooms maintained within the system. Products are grouped together by stockrooms.

Selection criteria can be placed against the database to review the results in the following ways:
- Select company (e.g.: EX)
- Select stock room (e.g.: 99)


Database management 3. Large Stock Movements Report:

Provides a list of all stock movement transactions that have taken place within the selected Stockroom and given date range. It fetches all Stock Movements having a movement value greater than the provided threshold Movement value. This report provides various details for each stock movement transaction – Company, Product Code, Product Description, Stockroom, Movement Value, Date of Movement, Type Of Movement.

Selection criteria can be placed against the database to review the results in the following ways:
- Select company (e.g.: EX)
- Select stock room (e.g.: 99)
- Movement value greater than (e.g.: > 1)
- Order date greater than (e.g.: > 1st January 2006)
- Order date less than (e.g.: < 31st December 2006)


Database management 4. Sales By Product Type:

Provides a listing of all Sales grouped by Product Type for specified company and date range. Company, Product Type, Description and Invoice Value information are provided against each order.

Selection criteria can be placed against the database to review the results in the following ways:
- Select company (e.g.: EX)
- Invoice date greater than (e.g.: > 1st January 2006)
- Invoice date less than (e.g.: < 31st December 2006)


Database management 5. Sales By Product Group:

Provides a listing of all sales grouped by Major Product Group for specified company and date range. Company, Major Product Group, Product Group Description and Invoice Value information are provided against each order.

Selection criteria can be placed against the database to review the results in the following ways:
- Select company (e.g.: EX)
- Invoice date greater than (e.g.: > 1st January 2006)
- Invoice date less than (e.g.: < 31st December 2006)
